Wine is a big part of the III Forks Steakhouse experience with as many as 400 bottles being served a night. “It simply enhances everything,” says Dennis Haley, III Forks Cellar Master. III Forks keeps over 8,000 bottles of almost 900 selections on hand. Dennis and III Forks Steakhouse have assembled one of the largest wine cellars in the state of Texas.
A wine enthusiast through and through, Dennis Haley loves his job and is continually scanning over wine magazines and journals to keep in the know. Haley states, “The crispness of white wine matches the salads and appetizers perfectly, while the heavy red brings out the marbling in the steaks, making the meat more flavorful.”
